Nancy Berman, Senior Sales Director

Nancy Berman Prior to my Mary Kay career, I earned a degree in Psychology and Education at Boston University. I married my high school sweetheart Art right after college in 1972. We moved to Colorado and both worked many different jobs while living the young mountain life before having children and serious work.

I began my Mary Kay Career in February 1986 in Denver, Colorado. I was at home with 4 children ages 12, 7, and twins, 3 1/2 years old. My husband Art was a geologist. He had been moving quickly up the career ladder in the oil industry and we decided to purchase our dream home. Soon afterwards, the industry experienced a setback and he began to worry about supporting our new lifestyle and expanded family size. I decided I would help out by becoming a Mary Kay Consultant.

I worked my business part-time holding several appointments a week and attending Sales Meetings weekly. The more I worked, the more I enjoyed it. The following year, I won my first car and became a Mary Kay Sales Director. I continued to work in Colorado until my husband was transferred to Texas in 1992.

I earned national recognition in our Company by consistently working my business. I have achieved the Mary Kay National Court of Sales 8 times, and the National Court of Recruiting once, winning, diamond jewelry, a home entertainment system, and cash. I have repeatedly represented our fabulous group of women as a top Unit in National Achievement awards ranging from $250,000 - $500,000 in unit retail production. I have enjoyed an executive income for years from my Mary Kay business. My highest honor was winning the Emerald Division Annual Go-Give Award for 2000!

My mission is to help women achieve freedom and independence through their Mary Kay careers. I am dedicated to helping women realize their full potential through their association with Mary Kay Cosmetics, either through extra income or achieving the ultimate position of Sales Director. Women deserve to be paid for what they're worth, and to realize they can do this with a Mary Kay career.

My goal and my passion are to become a National Sales Director by developing 20 Dynamic Sales Directors from our Unit. Won't you join me in the quest to become your best through this career? I believe you can achieve whatever your mind and heart decides.

Thank you for all you do for others and for being a part of the best opportunity for women.

With love and belief in you!

Nancy Berman
